Prof. Joseph Ivivi Mwaniki, associate professor of financial mathematics in the school of mathematics, head of actuarial and financial mathematics division within College of Biological and Physical Sciences and senate representative to Graduate school.
Dear colleagues, with all humility, I present to you my candidature for the upcoming University of Nairobi pension scheme 2007 online election of academic member representative trustee scheduled on March 12, 2021 starting at 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. I humbly request for your support.
I joined School of mathematics in October 2001 as tutorial fellow and have served in various capacities up to the current position of associate professor. At the moment I am the senate representative of the school of mathematics and senate representative to graduate school.
My research interests are based on computational finance, modeling returns, option pricing, stochastic process, annuities among others.
I believe I have the right skill set, experience to serve you as a trustee anchored on trust, integrity, commitment, honesty, teamwork and professionalism.
