See the attached document herein, which is to be completed by every member wishing to present himself/herself as a candidate for election to the position of a Trustee (Attach two recent passport size photographs of yourself not more than six months old).

This circular is both a formal notice of election of member representative trustees and invitation for interested eligible members to present their candidature.

Eligible members who are interested in vying for the above positions are invited to express interest by filling the official NOMINATION DECLARATION FORM.
